The annual 2009 Miss Tahiti will be held on 26th June 2009. The new beauty queen Tahiti will compete at Miss France 2010. While The lovely 1st runner-up will compete in 2009 Miss Earth contest.
Miss Earth 2009, the 9th edition of Miss Earth beauty pageant, will be held between the 4th and 24th of October, 2009 in in Manila, Philippines. At the conclusion of the competition, outgoing titleholder Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry of the Philippines will crown her successor.

Originally from the Marquesas Islands, she loves nature and simple life. This courageous young girl and dynamic undertaking to continue his studies in Business Management applied to the tourism sector in Los Angeles, California.
Despite her decision, she remains deeply attached to their culture. It is determined to acquire a maximum of knowledge in order to share them once back in fenua, and thus to save his country. Optimistically, she saw a chance to open up to the world and at the same time to promote Tahiti and its islands abroad.
Its objective is to evolve as a modern woman, while remaining true. It is brimming with joie de vivre and especially appreciates the opportunity to share good moments surrounded by his family and friends between Tahiti and Moorea.
