The annual 2009 Miss Tahiti will be held on 26th June 2009. The new beauty queen Tahiti will compete at Miss France 2010. While The lovely 1st runner-up will compete in 2009 Miss Earth contest.
Miss Earth 2009, the 9th edition of Miss Earth beauty pageant, will be held between the 4th and 24th of October, 2009 in in Manila, Philippines. At the conclusion of the competition, outgoing titleholder Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry of the Philippines will crown her successor.

Punaauia native, she studied in Degree in English to become an interpreter. Having lived for two years in New Zealand, she had training and appreciation of the English language. Living in a foreign country allowed him to broaden his horizons, but also to realize she loved her native island for the friendly Polynesians and the richness of flavors.
Autonomous, dynamic, Averii is a woman of character who likes to "chew" life full tooth (without abuse of course). The election of Miss Tahiti, it will be an opportunity to satisfy a fascination for fashion and glamor.
