Miss Universe Netherlands 2009 will be held on 27th June 2009. The winner will represent Holland in 2009 Miss Universe beauty pageant.
Miss Universe 2009, the 58th Miss Universe beauty pageant, will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009. Dayana Mendoza, from Venezuela, winner of Miss Universe 2008, will crown her successor in the event.

Kim Kötter, Miss Universe Netherlands 2002 will organise the Miss Universe Netherlands for this year and for the comming years.
She will also be the oganiser for the Miss Germany Universe! The Miss Universe organisation should have a lot of faith in Kim.
Kim was Miss Universe Netherlands in 2002 and was officialy in the top 10. At the Miss Europe pageant she became 3rd runner up. After her succes as a beauty queen she started her own modelling agency and she also started the very succesfull Miss Overijssel pageant.
Miss Overijssel is the biggest regional pageant in the Netherlands and the only one to be live broadcasted.
