Monrovia: Rina Wiah-Shu, a beautiful gorgeous 21 year-old from Grand Bassa County, was crowned Miss Liberia 2009 during the pageant held in Monrovia on 9th May 2009.
Shu-rina beat beauty girls 8 candiates and 5 other final participation to take out the title. The neauty queen 175 cm tall will represent the Liberia in Beauty World 2009 contest.
Miss World 2009, the 59th Beauty World Pageant will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, where Ksenia Sukhinova of Russia will crown her successor, Miss World 2008. About 120 contestants are expected to attend the event.
Miss Shu-rina Wiah is studying Public Administration at the African Methodist Episcopal University. She participated in Last years Miss Liberia pageant and was unsuccessful.
