The Miss Uruguay 2010 will be held on Saturday, 27 February 2010 in the Conrad Hotel in Punta del Este Starting at 10 pm local time. Miss Universo Uruguay 2009, Cintia D'Ottone will crown her successor at the end of this event.
The winner will represent Uruguay at Miss Universe 2010. The Miss World Uruguay will represent the country at Miss World 2010. The Miss Uruguay Internacional will represent the country at Miss International 2010. The Best Departemental Costume would be used in Miss Universe.
