Miss Malaysia Universe 2009 beauty pageant will be held 30 May in The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur. New beauty queen will be complete in 2009 Miss Universe pageant.
Miss Universe 2009 , the 58th Beauty Universe Pageant, will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009. Dayana Mendoza , from Venezuela, winner of Miss Universe 2008 , will crown her successor in the event.

Full-time model, Eleen Yong, is a self-starter. Ever willing to learn, she first got involved in the local modelling scene at a very tender age, even though she lacked the necessary experience.
A veteran of the local modeling scene by now, this UTAR accounting major lists being placed in the top eight in the Miss Malaysia Earth finals in 2008 and being 1st runner up in the swim wear round of the 2008 Golden Sun Vogue Model Search
amongst some her greatest achievements.
Eleen is also an ardent volleyball player who used to represent her school and college between 2000 and 2007. Having started playing the piano since she was eight years old, she also aspires to be a professional pianist.
