Miss Malaysia Universe 2009 beauty pageant will be held 30 May in The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur. New beauty queen will be complete in 2009 Miss Universe pageant.
Miss Universe 2009 , the 58th Beauty Universe Pageant, will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009. Dayana Mendoza , from Venezuela, winner of Miss Universe 2008 , will crown her successor in the event.

AMELIA LIEW HUAN RAN

Self-employed Amelia Liew Huann Ran, 24, runs her own successful event marketing company and the experience has taught and made her strong in many ways.
Well aware that the success of her company hinges on her own ability to satisfy her clients, Amelia has made this saying her personal motto: “My clients’ success will be my success.”
Having grown as a single child in a single parent family, she knows how important it is to be loving, caring and supportive of her mother. For Amelia, family always comes first as nothing is comparable to the love and bond she shares with her mother.
Amelia’s love for animals prompted her to seek specialized skills in pet care and grooming. Her dream is to start Malaysia’s first mobile pet grooming venture. To relax, Amelia swims, practises yoga, goes dancing and plays the piano.
